Anyone know about mini ramp dementions?
I'm the superviser of the local skatepark and we're going to build a mini about 5' tall and 24' wide. Any suggestions with tranisiton sizing would be great.

it depends on if you want a inline mini, or a skateboard mini....because the transition sizes are different. i had a choice when i built my quarter pipe in my yard...make a 4' inline or a 3' skateboard ramp. the inline ramps slope faster. so really it depends on what kind of transition you want?

Im not sure what kind of budget you guys have allocated, but Ive seen come very high quality plans from these folks
www.ramptech.com
(it wont be free, but maybe better/faster than drawing up from scratch)

i dunno man, i think 6' might be a little big for a mini....the point of a mini is to be small to learn how to drop in and various tricks without falling too far.
KY that mini at ollies was around 6-7 and it was perfect, i like a larger mini just becuase you can do grinds and practice airs.

yea i liked the one at ollies too....i think i might just build a smaller one of those in my yard. but i guess your right, around 5' would be the perfect height.
