One thing i noticed about the am's who trned pro this year.
Kevin Marron-Lopez Bruxelles, France
Felipe Oliveira Sao Paulo, Brazil
Rich Parker Taunton, England
Eric Persson Osmo, Sweden
The thing i noticed, THER ALL FOREIGN!! in no way am i knocking down foreign skaters at all but comon ppl, the closest American vert skater was you trueskater in 7th. comon ppl we really need to step it up we need to finally bring gold back to the states, becuase we have a better chance at bringing back gold if we have more then 3 pro american skaters, thumper, marc, and elmer.

don't you think it would help if there was a series of US comps with only US skaters in it? That would encourage and bring out the talent we have. Kind of like the ASA used to do. a series of local comps feeding into regional comps and ending with a North American Championships to qualify for World's?

Why do you think so many really good vert skaters come from other countries?

that sounds like a cool idea but i dont think it wouldn't fly very well. also i the reason i think the Us has so little vert skaters is becuase in the US it's all about street, no in the US cares about vert which really sucks!!
