i have been working on two paris of custom frames for about 5 months now with what little time i had. and finally my alluminum frames with insertable uhmw h-blocks are finished.

it took me a long ass time with my dads router and dremel workin on them.

but now they are finished.

im going to make a mold so that way i can ust pour molten aluminum in it next time without all the trouble of building them from scratch.
but i think im going to start selling them over the net in the future.

i guess i never really thought about that but sure it can be done. ive already skated them with the uhmw h-block in and dam they slide so clean

im sereiously thinking about selling them over the net now

Good concept...but you do realize that thouse frames will never see the light of day...outside a park. Well...maybe on rails, but not on ledges.

But...It would be cool as hell to skate around with aluminum frames, exile wheels, and some K2 Shrijns (sp?). Then you could get a big-ass clock, hanging from your neck with a gold chain, A rediculously jewel-encrusted bracelet, and gold teeth. 'Bling-Bling'

yeah yeah in a sense i feel ya on that but your being sarcatic and these frames arent meant for outside a park.

They are park and vert frames i started the project 4 months aga designing and building them to build frames that wouldnt have to be replaced for a long time and pretty much all that would have to be replaced is the h-block.

The putpose of these frames are strictly park i would know the first prototype i built i tested them all around they slid ok in park and vert but ledges in the streets thell eat up and catch and cause you to fall.

thats why they created uhmw frames because they slide good in street and park both they slide so good that most of the time you dont need wax. well im taking that concept and have applied it to my frames but a step further with an aluminum chassis and uhmw h-block.

in the future im thinking about making a skate shell out of illuminum but i dont know how that would work considering the fact that plactic gives more than metal when skating.

that's a good idea...but an aluminum skate shell is damn near impossible, unless you did half&half. metal doesnt flex. good concept though. On top of that, metals are a bitch to work with, compared to plastics. It would cost you a fortune to make a mold for the skate, and it would take a very long time to develope the mold itself. Besides, if you made the skate, it would be dangerous, because the skate could cut your leg/foot after too much use on street. In short, metal isnt the way to go.

woodpushers have wood, bikers have metal, therefore we should stick to plastic.
